What's New at Gayton Pointe Townhomes
In the fall we will premiere our new billards room! Residents will have security access to this room. We are also working on new community events. The Melting Pot is working with us to create a fondue dinner for our residents. Residents can come to The Melting Pot enjoy some great fondue, meet their neighbors, and possibly earn $300 for referring a friend to our new community.
New Preferred Employer Program
We understand moving can be difficult! The Team here at Gayton Pointe Townhomes works hard to make this process as smooth as possible. Moving from out state?? No problem! We offer online tours, pre-approval online, and online payment. This month we've made some changes to our Preferred Employer Program so be sure to ask a leasing consultant today if your company is listed.
